Review content:
I started at Vitality 3 months ago and they have always had great service. They have recently changed the interior, and have new front office staff who are really fun and friendly. The doctor has been there every time that I have come in, and she really took the time to go over everything with me. She even gave me her cell phone if I had questions when I started OBagi. She told me what to expect and she was exactly right! \r She is actually a laser specialist, and she requires that her nurses be expertly trained as well. Her nurses are excellent and VERY knowledgable. I have heard that California does not regulate this field of medicine and any nurse can work with any doctor and run a laser. The doctor and the nurse may not know anything about laser, and they can open a laser spa! SO don't be fooled! Know what your doctor's specialty is and find out who trained their nurse and for how long. Be informed! DOn't risk it! That would scare me! \r All of my experiences theBut all of their staff has been friendly, informative and I would not go anywhere else! all of my experiences there have been fantastic. I have even started getting notices about specials and things. Pros: very knowledgable and friendly staff
