Review content:
I visited Rasing Rover about a year ago while I was in town on business. I initially found it charming and enjoyed finding a specialty shop that I am unable to find at home. \r \r However, after seeing how this owner responds to some of his customers reviews, I have to admit that I am afraid to step foot in that store ever again. I would absolutely NEVER purchase a puppy there because if anything ever were wrong with it, it doesn't appear I would be treated with any kind of respect, no matter how much money I spent. \r \r Its one thing to defend your business practices, but to go as far as personal attacks and derogatory statements regarding previous customers? That is a huge clue toward the integrity of the business owner and is reason enough to remain skeptical of what is being sold. \r \r AIthough I am in NYC often, I doubt I will be back to visit Raising Rover anytime soon simply because of the attitude the owner appears to have toward anyone who may have a problem with what they were sold. \r \r My advice to anyone looking to shop at a fancy UES pet shop is to shop elsewhere or risk the wrath of the obviously unstable owner. \r \r Being in sales myself, I find it such a shame that some business owners just don't understand the value in quality customer service and seek to slander anyone who may have a questionable experience. \r \r \r
