I bought a dog through this store. I was told the dog was guaranteed for a year. 4 days later the dog had convulsions and died. I contacted the store and emailed the death certificate. First he said it might have been a reaction to the vaccination. My vet said impossible. Then he said he needed a definitive reason for the dog's death. My vet said epilepsy. Now he wants a vet certificate stating this. My vet is about an hour's walk away and I don't have a car. My vet recently lost his partner and is overburdened by this loss. He doesn't have time to be constantly bothered by ""I need this information"" then ""I need that information"". The death certificate already stated the dog died of convulsions. It seems they have absolutely no intention of honoring their guarantee. In addition the dog had kennel cough. All in all I spent $270.00 on vet bills in 2 days. Between the pup, the vet, and supplies for the dog, I've spent about $1200.00. Pros: Large choice of puppies Cons: Pricey, doesn't honor guarantee
