Laura's website came up in my internet search, and I thought that it was too good to be true that there was a trainer with a private gym...at an affordable price...a convenient location...who worked with women exclusively could be as advertised. She is more than I hoped for! She changes things up frequently, so the workouts stay fresh. She offers guidance with nutrition and strategies for transforming my body to the healthiest version for my body type. When I went out of town, she designed a travel workout that I could do in my tiny NYC hotel room. My hamstrings, triceps and I are feeling the difference now that Laura is in our lives, and it is one of the most rewarding, motivating and exciting things I have ever done.
