Great for folks who live in or around Decatur, I highly recommend Laura Brand and A Brand New You. Laura is a caring, experienced (certified) trainer, focusing on all aspects of health and fitness for women. Her studio is very private with a calmly energetic atmosphere feel. She gets to know you and integrates her style of training in with your customized program. She does group classes/organizes walks to help keep your budget in line. If it's a struggle for you to workout and/or if your nutrition is a sticking point for you, too, she's the trainer for you!
