Review content:
I've been to Wagama's in the UK, and the Boston one was a REAL disappointment. The noodles were mushy, the chicken had no flavor, and the temperature was luke warm. The crazy thing is that our server told us that they weren't able to get the same spices in the U.S. that they get in the UK--makes no sense whatsoever.\r
\r
The fastest a dish came out was 8 minutes and one entre took 23 minutes. The real problem is that everyone in my group felt the same way about the food--totally bland. Worse is that BROTH, more than the noodles is critical in Japanese food and Waga just totally misses the boat here.\r
\r
It may work in the UK, but my guess is that the US customer will call them out over time....\r
\r
Not to mention their prices are high. $13 for noodles is not cheap....
Pros: Cool design--fun seating
Cons: The food Just doesn't live up to it's hype. Service just ok.
