Review content:
Went for lunch and it was fantastic. There are a variety of dishes with noodles, rice & soup. They leverage technology to speed ordering and payment. Each of them have a Pocket PC handheld by which they enter your order and at completion of your meal actually swipe your card.\r

The food was quite excellent, I had the Chili Beef Soba and my friend had the Ginger Chicken Udon. Both were good portions and used a variety of vegetables to provide a good color palette. \r

The waitstaff were quick and courteous and very friendly.\r
\r
Seating capacity is huge and they were great at keeping things clean. Chopsticks are default but you can request a fork and knife.\r

Most dishes were between $8 and $13 which I found to be quite reasonable. \r
\r
Excellent experience all around and will definately be back.
Pros: Great food, reasonably priced, good staff.
Cons: There was a line but they just opened this week...
