I took my chihuahua there to be groomed for the first time a few days ago. Alison was the groomer and I was told she was one of the best. She ended up literally taking a chunk out of my dog's right ear. When I went to pick him up, I was told it was a ""knick"" so I brushed it off. When I got home and examined it, I was shocked to find a chunk missing out of his ear. I called and spoke with Diane, the manager, who was fast to offer my money back and also offered to pay for any vet bills incurred by the incident. At least she handled the situation well but I will never take my dog there to be groomed again. My poor dog was so scared to begin with and then he gets his ear cut off. Sorry Beastie Boutique and Alison, never again.
