DO NOT RENT SCOOTERS FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! Or anything else for that matter....\r

We had the unfortunate luck of choosing Adventure rental for a weekend scooter trip. The scooters were all beat up, most of the electronics (ie: gauges and electric starters) didn't work, and they all had cracks and dents on the bodies as if they had been in multiple accidents.\r

For the first part of the day they ran decently, but then on our return journey one of the scooters CAUGHT ON FIRE. Luckily we were close to a gas station and were able to extinguish the fire, but we were completely STRANDED. They have no emergency number to contact them after hours and no message machine to let them know if something goes wrong. We ended up having to push the scooter 3 miles to a safe location to be stored over night (You aren't allowed to ride them after dark).\r

As if that wasn't bad enough, the next day when we tried to resolve the situation they told us it would be $200 to pick up the scooter and on top of that they charged us for an EXTRA DAY rental because it took us so long to get their broken scooter back to their location in the city. The manager was extremely rude and uncompromising and in no way was willing to help us out.\r

This is a terrible company that has no consideration for their customers and if you choose to use them you are taking a big risk. If anything goes wrong they will screw you!!\r
Pros: ONE understanding salesperson
Cons: Vehicles not maintained and dangerous, Salespeople irresponsible and inconsiderate
