Review content:
With a consignment shop - there really are 2 customers. The buyers naturally but also the vendors (the ones supplying your product). The vendors in this case are individuals like you and me, not some large corporations.
I am amazed at the complete lack of customer service C-1st can get away with in dealing with the 'vendor' side. I will never bring stuff there again. To make matters worst they argue with you and belittle your stuff (""your chairs aren't that nice anyways"" - no lie), they lose it when you are going to pick it up, they'll break up set which make the remaining stuff worth less.
Having done consignment all over the country, these guys are the worst. If you got stuff you are going to throw away anyways, then bring it to C-1st University. If you like it and hope to get a fair price for it use Craigslist.
