Because there are so many restaurants in San Francisco, it's easy to hop from one to the next. Hayes and Kebab is a place that values repeat business and the owners and staff recognize customers who come back. Everything I've tried here has been amazing. The meat is extremely good quality so it is good in a wrap or on a salad-specify what you want. \r

All of the deserts are amazing, especially the Bakalva. It is the best I've ever had and I never leave without a piece. The bread is homemade and the hummus and baba ganoush are wonderful. It is a relaxing atmosphere and always homey where some places in Hayes Valley are a bit sterile. This is perfect for lunch or dinner and to share with friends.
