I was very disappointed with the service of Adobe Ally Cleaning Service. I have a long list of things that were not done or not done correctly. The fact that the apartment cleaning should have taken four hours but they were “done” in two explains a lot. A few of the things that were not done I found before they left – and had cleaned. However afterwards as I looked around I saw a number of things that were not done well or not done at all (e.g., none of the floor moldings were cleaned, a few pieces of furniture in living room and bathroom not dusted). There was also a lack of attention to detail, all the shower items were left in the window ledge and not replaced to the shower. I don’t expect perfection, but there too many things not done well. I will say that one of the two women doing the cleaning was pleasant enough and responsive to my feedback. I didn’t realize though I needed to do a 100 % check that the basics were completed.
