They will not refund your money, they (Barbara) is very unprofessional and extremely ignorant. Each time we tried to cancel, she would come up with something else that we didn't send back, disqualifying our request to cancel. She was literally yelling at me over the phone for about 5 mins. telling me that our decision to cancel was stupid. I think they run this scam out of their basement. So if you made the mistake of booking through Resort Tours & Accomodations, start trying to cancel ASAP!!! Because they will drag it out past your 30 day period and screw you out of YOUR money.
Cons: Everything, especially their customer service
