Review content:
Our experience with Parnell Pool and Spa has been a disaster. Took days off to be there, they didn't show nor call. We asked them to push the extra dirt into the corner of our yard, but instead, they spread it over the whole backyard killing all the grass. To make it worse, they wanted to charge me for spreading the dirt and charge me again for coming back to fix it. They started filling the pool with water without contacting the City water department, now we have to beg and plead to the City not to charge us sewage costs for the water that was put in the pool. The setup crew got a warning from the City inspector for not having the proper permits, and to show how smart this company is, they sent a concrete crew that didn't have the proper license. Got a $1300 fine for that one. The pool is now starting to turn green because it has sat so long waiting for them to come back and treat it. They had a new person call us today saying the Tech will be there tomorrow to start the pump and treat the pool, here is hoping!!!!\r
