Was a great tent for two years. when ready to move out he refuses to give deposit.. save yourself the money and time by dealing with him and this company.. Get everything in writing and get the places checked for mold. he loves to be taken to court over everything b/c he doesn't know how to manage property. so please if you like to save some money by renting a cheap place keep lookin b/c this will cost more then intended. if military check you black list you'll see his name
