Review content:
Unfortunately, I wasted time and money (they are expensive with a weird ""deposit"" payment system) and dealt with true incompetent and unfeeling staff. The doctor seemed knowledgable but did not explain well (too rushed because they seriously overbook; expect to be there for 3 hours. Not kidding) and when I called regarding my medicine that wasn't working out, never received a call back...after three calls from me. You would think that a problem with a patient's medication would prompt a return call: forget about speaking to a doctor. That would never happen. But I couldn't even get an answer from anyone else. The payment system requires you to leave a deposit of $100 if you are established ($200 if you are new) and then they bill you for the rest. Never have I heard of such a system.. In other words, you have no clue what your bill will be. The worst run office I have ever dealt with. Too bad because the doctor seemed ok. However, impossible to deal with the way they ""attempt"" to run things. Absolutely not recommended and would give less than 1 star if possible because they do not even rate an ""eh"".
