Review content:
Staff is very unorganized and have little drive. They state a 5 min wait time between games. You will likely wait between 20-25 mins from end of one till beginning of next. My son and I went there in Oct. From 11:30 to 1pm we played only one 15 min game and they still hadn't started the 2nd game when we left at 1pm. I asked the staff several times to speed up the breaks with no success. Owner was working and mention that I only played one game in 1 1/2 hours and the wait was ridiculous. He didn't care. I suggest taking your money where its appreciated. I've had great experiences at Special Forces and I will go there in the future. This place was absolutely a joke.
