I went to them based on there reputation that they were a family owned christian company. They did manage to finish changing the belt and idler pully and change the oil but, they informed me that my motor mounts were bad and needed to be replaced. They gave me a quote of over $300 for parts and $30 for labor. I told them I would come back next week to complete the work, I then took the van to a trusted friend and then another shop who both confirm that the motor mounts were in perfect working order and in fact nearly new!! Not only that but, I researched the parts and found them to be $20-30 parts so even for all 4 it should only have cost me less than $150 for parts and labor. Pros: completed the required work in a timely manner Cons: tried to convince me of unnessesary repair
