Review content:
Before my tongue piercing, the staff gave me no information about the jewelry and they used a cheap type of barbell where the ball is more likely to unscrew and fall off (meaning you could swallow the ball). One staff member recommended I buy Gly-Oxide to clean the piercing, but she didn't even know what the product was AND she was handling the jewelry with her bare hands. When the piercer marked the point where she was going to pierce me, she didn't check with me to make sure it was acceptable! She was going to insert a hole into a customer without even asking for consent?! AND she yelled at me when I pulled my tongue away to ask if I could check the position of the piercing. The staff knew nothing about the quality of their jewelry and gave me minimal information on the piecing process and aftercare.
