I've both leased and had a car serviced at Village Saab. I enjoy having my car serviced much more than dealing with the sales process. The Service department has been phenomenal. They cut me a deal on winter tires, they looked at my car for free after it fell off the Saab issued jack and changed out my spare. They provide loaner cars for people who need to get to work. I don't have a bad thing to say about the service department there. The sales department doesn't quite impress me like service does. I called with questions and nobody seemed to want to call me back, because it wasn't about buying or leasing. And then when I got someone they never got my question answered or returned my call to say they couldn't. Sometimes they seem too aggressive to get the sale and other times they will watch you wander around and no one will talk to you and when you ask them questions they answer it an that's it. Very inconsistent.
