I had the worst experience at Burch for and I think it was because I was a woman. What they did was a verbal Bait and Switch I thought I was getting a Fusion V6 and later when I had the car I notice it did not have the pick up for being I thought a V6. So I called their service dept and ask about the size of the motor that was listed on the blue sticker that on the window of new cars and to my surprise found out I was take for a V4 instead of a V6. I Boone at Burch for and he said that this would be taken care of. Well his Manager Charles Nettles are both liars I was told I could not have the car I had requested the day I had purchased my car. Woman who have been taken by men please do not buy your car or truck at Burch Ford they are liars and cheats, we work to damn hard for this . I will be reporting this to the DMV inspector I will not give up ...
