Let me say that this was the second and LAST car I will ever purchase from Burch Ford! I bought my F150 there in December '06 and they were the entire definition of UNPROFESSIONAL! I was pressured in the finance office to buy some junk I didn't need, just so they could turn up a higher profit. The salesmen was some rookie who didn't even offer me a test drive and had no idea how to sell a car! I would NOT recommend anyone buy a car from these rip-off artists. If I am going to pay a lot of money, I would expect better service! Their service was a lot better when I bought my firsr car from them back in April '05. Don't know how they could have turned so bad so quickly.
Pros: NONE! They have gone downhill BIG TIME!
Cons: Everything from the salesmen to the dealership's appearance. At least my truck is okay.
