I have only been frequenting the Brick Oven since we moved here in January 2011 so I can't speak to the older posts. I can, however, give my honest opinion on the 30 plus visits to this establishment since we moved here in January 2011. In my opinion, it's hands down, the best pizza in berthoud. I'm not a big Pizza Hut fan though - too greasy for me. My favorite chain pizza is Old Chicago and I like Brick Oven's pizza slightly better. Justine's in Loveland also has very good pie. Out of all the 30 plus visits to Brick Oven, I did have one time where the pizza was slighly overcooked and they offered to make me another one at no charge. There were just a few bubbles on the edge of the crust that had blackened so I told them no. If I hadn't been starving, I probably would have taken them up on their offer to remake the pizza. A couple of times the center of the pie was a little floppy on the deluxe due to the veggies giving off juice as they cook - this doesn't mean the pizza was undercooked, it just made it a little harder to handle - not a big deal, I'd rather have it a little floppy in the center than have it get too dry from overcooking. I also tried the meatball sub which was awesome - huge sandwich for the $ - it was served on a big pizza pan, which was a little odd but the flavor and bread was great. They have a small dining area and not much atmosphere but that's not why I go. I've eaten in a few times but I usually order it to go. So, I'm not sure if they've made changes since these older posts but I've been getting great pizza from them all year and have never had anything but a 4 or 5 star pizza.
