Review content:
I recently purchased a rental property and was not comfortable using Turbo Tax any longer. I went looking for a decent CPA to handle my personal returns. I was also looking for someone that could also give me some tax advice. \r
\r
I found these folks close to my house and highly rated by the BBB so I figured what could go wrong? The CPA requested both parties be present. This meant the kids came as well. Chaos ensued where I walked away with more questions than answers. He even encouraged me not to setup an LLC for the rental....which I thought was rather odd. \r
For some unknown reason I didn't ask up front how much it cost. I received a phone call days later informing me that I owed them $500. Yikes! \r
I paid it and let them file my taxes but I'll never use them again (and I did not this year). They couldn't explain to me why it cost so much. I don't have a business. I've never paid $500 for taxes in all my life and I still don't to this day. Needless to say I am still looking for a solid CPA.....
Pros: They file taxes
Cons: Pricey
