Found them to be helpful above & beyond the call. Not only stayed open later for us when we came in towards closing but managed to find costumes we wanted for the entire family even in hard to fit sizes. Had everything we needed. As for parking - we parked & walked - parking downtown is never really convenient unless you own a spot - everyone knows that by now. I would recommend this busienss highly - as a matter of fact we have annual costume partie(s) & everyone we've suggeted this shop to has had a good experience and excellent service.
Pros: wide variety & excellent customer service
Cons: not easy to find if you don't know where to park & walk
