Worst drycleaner ever! I just moved here, and dropped off a lot of clothes over the course of a few weeks. Out of three shirts I brought here, two were ruined. This wasn't the first time they've been cleaned, and I've never had a problem. Even though I asked for drycleaning, they laundered the shirts in a washer and shrunk them to the point they were unwearable. I understand that mistakes happen, but they denied any responsibility for the damage and had a horrible attitude on top of it. On the first one, they claimed I couldn't prove they cleaned it (the receipt, tag, and hanger with their logo were not enough). Apparently, they had mis-entered it into their own system as a ""sweater,"" which you would never know until you made a claim. (Note to anyone who still uses this cleaner - ask them to enter the items in their system while you're still there, and ask to see a copy; it won't show up on your receipt). On the other shirt, they claimed it was ""residual shrinkage"" (whatever that means) for which they're not liable. The on-site folks can't help you with damage claims, and the corporate ""customer service"" rep is extremely rude. They don't publish their prices, and they are WAY overpriced. Expect what appears to be a serious markup if you try to use their online discount coupons. Seriously, close to $9 for a single ladies' shirt, with the 25% discount??!! And they even charged me for the two shirts they ruined.
