We just moved to Denver and needed to purchase Ski boots for the upcoming season. At first we headed to Sports Authority where they had great prices but proceeded to leave within five minutes after the salesman was making fun of my wife because she didn't know all of the ski equipment terminology.
After finding Eskimo Ski and Board shop on cityvoter dot com we went there to check it out. It turns out that not only was the service top notch but their prices seemed to match any price that we could find online. After an hour and half of working with the head salesman Frank, my wife finally had new ski boots, complete with custom inserts to help her foot pronate correctly. It's definitely worth the drive out to have some of the best retail customer service that we have ever experienced.
Pros: Excellent Customer Service, Prices Match Online Retailers
Cons: Not a huge selection of snowboard equipment
