~Left a message 4 times to schedule a test. I was about to send a registered letter when she finally called back (I think my last call had some sort of threat of reporting to the state medical board). (I told the doctor but he likes her)\r ~Then ... the appointment with the doctor to review the test results is FOUR MONTHS LATER!!\r ~Then .. no reminder call about that appointment (don't they get to bill your insurance company for a no-show?)\r ~this is a multi-multi doctor practice with a list of doctors on the door that looks like a class attendance sheet.\r ~I think there are other good cardiologists in Sacramento that I can go to that have better customer service -- but I won't know until I know what the diagnosis is .. and this seems to take some time at this office. \r ~ I recommend this office for people who don't demand quality service and whose condition doesn't demand immediate attention.
