Businiess name:  Woodglen Terrace Apartments

Review content:
I still can't believe how inexpensive it is to rent at Woodglen Terrace. All units are two-story and have two-car garages. My two-bedroom, one-and-a-half bath unit is about 980 sq. ft. and came with new pergo flooring in the downstairs. Indoor utility rooms for side-by-side washer and dryer, modern kitchen appliances, cathedral ceilings, CH&A, and a convenient location are some of the great features of Woodglen Terrace. Costco, Lowe's, Save Mart, Walgreen's, O'Brien's Supermarket, Gold's Gym, Borders, Best Buy, Target, OfficeMax, and two Starbucks are all within a three-minute drive. Most tenants are very quiet and keep to themselves. It seems about half of the tenants are young couples with children while the other half are single working people that commute. The only downside to living hear is that it can be difficult to exit the driveway onto Pelandale and head west due to heavy traffic. The manager (Marilyn Cappa) is very responsive and friendly. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone except those with lots of children as noise carries here and the sounds of playing can echo throughout the mostly cement grounds at Woodglen Terrace. Pros: Location, price, modern kitchen appliances. Cons: Heavy traffic on Pelandale Ave makes for difficult (and dangerous) left turns while exiting.
