I could not believe how unfriendly, unprofessional and immature their customer service I received and several of my friends and family received....
Upon entering the dirty, unkept store, (a loud door bell noice was made) there was no line and was greeted by no one.....I then waited several mintues to only see through a little window a man socializing over the phone.....I gently rang the bell on the counter. He only then looked up and motioned with his finger, ""WAIT A MINUTE"". After a few more moments he finally came to the counter as if I had disrupted his day and was incoviencing him. I wanted to have a couple tops ironed out. He grabbed my tops and made a disgusted face (keep in mind, not one smile or friendly eye contact was given) and says ""What is this?"". And before I could respond, he says, ""Look this is they way it was made"". I clarfied and show him that no, it was not and even offered to show him, he was offended and sternly said ""NO, it's defective"". I said no sir it's not, he then looked at me again as if offending his expertise. I then even offered to sign a form that would take as is, no matter the outcome. He was quick to respond and say, ""No, it's defective"". I was so upset especially when I have had it ironed out at other places and it turned out wonderful with no difficulties. I took my garments and walked out.....he proceeds to follow me out and yells at me, I could not understand what he said, since he a very heavy accent. I was in tears. He started mocking me and making faces at me (stick out his tounge, cry baby faces and disgusted faces)......I left and he went right back to talking on the phone. I will never go there again nor will I recommend this place to anyone.
I work with customers everyday and I know how to provide excellent customr service.....sometimes it's doesn't matter the appearace of a bussiness, if there is bad customer service it will reflect the entire bussiness which includes the walls, co-workers, boss and other sister bussiness.....I would like to given the benefit of the doubt and believe it is soley the person themselves, but it is hard NOT to believe this their motto of customer service.......There way or the highway!
