Review content:
I called the Sunrise Office on 11/12 regarding a refi on my home and talked to the loan officer whose responsibility it is to handle home loans at this branch. As I had called around to see what the current rate was with other banks, I also asked Mr. S.M. what their current rate was. When he said that it was x plus 1/4 point I responded 'that's high'. This professional promptly HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME. I could not believe what he had done. I called back hoping that I was wrong, that perhaps we had just gotten disconnected, but he refused to answer the phone!!\r
I consider this loan officer's conduct to be immature, rude and unprofessional. I guess the silver lining is that I was going to move all my banking business with whomever I refinanced with (which includes a very healthy 6 figure account). Finding out how they treat their clients before I moved all my business probably saved me some grief down the road.
