Back on October 08, 2011, I wrecked my neighbor's Harley and had it towed to CTHD. Four months later, they still haven't finished the repairs. They finally called last week to tell us the last part (front fender) had arrived. When we went to pick it up, they refused to let us take the fender because they have no record of us paying the $500 insurance deductible. So, after retrieving the proof of payment from my bank, I now have to take time off work to go up there and PROVE to them that they are IDIOTS. I cannot believe that, due to their faulty accounting practices, poor record keeping, or just poor training, they treat their customers this poorly. First of all, they should be BEGGING our forgiveness for taking FOUR MONTHS to complete the repairs. Secondly, when I go by there today with my proof of payment, I'm wondering if the manager will understand the concept of ""EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE"". In short, I'm disgusted with the service department at Central Texas Harley in Round Rock. If they surprise me during my next visit, I'll be happy to post an amended review. If not, this one stands as is.
