Review content:
I have had major cracks in my interior ceiling. Several major issues develop such as water leaks and floor problems that the contractor has never solved. building was still under warranty. I would stay away from this contractor, he just wants your money, and he will build the poorest quality house you will ever seen. the paint store told me the paint the guy ( sub contractor) used was the cheapest and low quality paint they have. It is used just to paint commercial buildings and offer no warranty.
This guy moves every 4 months to avoid letters and complaints.
Pros: he will tell you what you want
Cons: better have a very detailed contract
