Believe it or not, you can do consular processing in Ciudad Juarez and as long as you have a well-prepared waiver, you can return to the US a lawful permanent resident! This is exactly how Mrs. Brooks helped me. I doubted her at first but after she explained to me all the risks and what the law is, I decided to take the risk. I am now in the US with my green card and all because of Mrs. Brooks!
