Review content:
We were in town for a customer visit and had heard many good things about THC, but, this was either an off night or the signs of a place that is riding the wave of good word of mouth.
I am hoping it was just an off night....first thing to recommend is that when ALL guests can see the food waiting in the warmer pick it up in a timely manner!!! My husband's food sat and sat and sat until all dishes were place for our table. If you are that off, then discard and remake the earlier dish to be in time with others.
Secondly, if glasses of tea/water are empty, please refill. These are SIMPLE things to make guests feel welcome and honored to be spending money at your establishment.
The food was good, I will write to that, but, after sitting and watching each dish appear on warmer line on very slowly after the next...then finally appear at your table...is not an appealing way to get me back.
Again, hoping that this was just an off night, and, that service will be better next time, should we attempt a 2nd visit.
