First of all, I'm in my 60s, no youngster... Cold, passive aggressive ""front"" help, really mean veterinarian who does not like people ... I was very nice and ready to like these people from day one but they always behaved as if I were the dumbest most unacceptable person. This is just one example, like before the nasty vet himself acted out ... the front help acts like they don't like to answer your questions... won't make eye contact... answers you with head down... and when they finish they won't let you know your business is concluded. Time after time after time I was left standing at the desk for a very long time thinking they were looking up records or something ... they leave you waiting long enough to appear completely foolish ... then inform you with a look and a voice as if you're not quite bright that your business is concluded. And that vet whose name I don't remember is a very angry person who does not like or trust the people who come to him for services... Bizarre is a word that applies to these people.. over-the-top in a very negative way...
Pros: my dogs received adequate medical care
Cons: overboard with being cold and nasty to people
