These guys are nice enough when you drop your vehicle off, but once they get the process underway, it's really slipshod. Some of the actual workers in the back know their stuff inside and out so it is entirely possible they can do a really good job on a vehicle that can honestly be repaired. \r
\r
My experience was horrible, though not entirely their fault. They contributed to a terrible accident experience by being way too eager to go along with the insurance company's plan to repair an unrepairable vehicle. The made over $8000 on this deal and I had to take my car back to them because even though they had it for 45 days, it all looked completed at the last minute. \r
\r
Edges were rough, there was some sort of rough overspray all over the front end of the car (It was rear-ended). There were handprints that were either solvent eating into the clear coat, or something rough deposited from carelessness. I am STILL finding slack paint work and overspray that I don't know how to clean off. They even left out the entire wheelwell liner for the front driver side. I'm unsure why it would have been removed, but no matter: it could have been put back in. I found this while washing the car after getting it back the second time.\r
\r
They REFUSED to do anything regarding actual mechanical damages. I complained about an oil leak and they ""looked at that"" when I returned the car to them. ""Danny"" (a real customer service gem ) said it was just oil from my last oil change. He had become nasty - in front of my wife - so I took my car back and had no more to do with them. I took the car to the dealer who found not 1 but 2 oil leaks. You'd think car people would know an oil leak from a stain. They even left out my driver's wheel well liner! I swear I can't make this stuff up.\r
\r
There are PLENTY of other places to get your car fixed. Do yourself a favor: Keep shoppin'.
Pros: Observed to use proper replacement parts
Cons: Slouchy repair, still finding problems a year later.
