Just used Once in a Blue Moon Bakery for the first time, for my sister's baby shower. Awesome customer service and awesome cake! Our guests not only praised it's appearance, but couldn't get enough of it! We got a 10"" round chocolate cake with four layers, with hazelnut cream filling, and this was the first time we've actually been left with no leftovers after a party! Way to go, Blue Moon! The 40 min. drive to Cary from our home east of Raleigh was well worth it!
Pros: great customer service and great quality product!
Cons: Wish they were closer to my house! LOL
