I agree with the other comments. This park could be such a wonderful community if they just got rid of the manager. She thinks she controls the world by her constant bullying and threats she leaves on people. It became a non-stop pain to live here not knowing what new BS she was going to pull out of her _____.\r \r I now live in a ""Real"" neighborhood since purchasing a house and feel so unbelievably relieved of her bullying. She obviously has little going on in her life where she can threaten the little people to feel good. \r She still lives in the Park! I own a house, you do the math!\r Stay away from this trailer park!\r Update:\r New park management with some improvements, still approach cautiously! Pros: Close to the Boulder Creek Path Cons: Scary Threatening Management; Creepy Neighbors
