Horrible! Did I say that loudly enough? HORRIBLE!
I ordered at $10,000 range and was told by their salesperson we could get the top configuration a specific way. But it came in different and was installed by County (spec house we got to customize and sadly, I wasn't there to see it installed) and it was THE WRONG TOP CONFIGURATION! County's excuse: it wasn't offered the way we wanted it...even though it showed what we wanted in the manufacturers catalog. Wouldn't it have been nice for the salesperson to share that information before it was ordered? And since they are all ""custom made"" there was nothing that could be done. Bottom line: the salesman (Steve I think) ordered it the wrong way and didn't bother to tell anyone! Nice, huh? Moreover, their pricing is not the most competitive. Aitoro pricing is better and their service is FAR better than anything County can provide. This was a huge and expensive mistake that County ""apologized for but there is nothing more we can do"". Astounding. I will take my business elsewhere.
