I am sorry to hear about your sisters' experience, but there may be some confusion here. I own Concrete Connections and am a little baffled by your comments. We supply ready mix, which is to say, we deliver concrete to contractors and homeowners. We don't do form or finish work, we strictly deliver the concrete in small batches. If anyone is unhappy with the service we supply, I would know about it and would take the appropriate steps to remedy the situation, so I think you may have the wrong company in mind here when you make reference to a slab finished poorly.
