Review content:
Uninspired. Very standard Cuban fare at this location, nothing special, and there are no lunch specials. You'll have to plead for a water refill. Service is minimal and terse. The food is devoid of excessive flavor, and dried parsely is sprinkled over everything (there was even some in my water)! There are several other good Cuban restaurants in the area; I'll opt for one of those next time.
