What can I say that has not already been said. Karin is amazing or telepathic maybe both. Before my appt. I had printed several pictures of how I wanted my hair cut. I never had to show her the photos and my hair was cut & colored exactly the way I wanted. I am a very picky customer who has No Problem complaining if need be. However, I did not feel the need to complain although they had to wash my hair in totally freezing cold water because they had issues with the water heater. My husband started to cry after he figured out who I was. He said I looked 10 years younger. I will have Karin do my hair from now on. I WILL NOT hesitate to recommend her to any & all my family and friends. Thanks Karin for making me feel like we had been friends forever. \r
P.S. I love the paper flowers (HAHA! TEE-HEEHEE!)\r
