My family and I decided to give this place a try ( we ate at the one on waikiki). Out of all establishments to be dissatisfied with, I never thought it would be with a burger place! SERIOULSY... when do burgers not come with FRIES? You have to order french fries as a side dish, personally that's just a money gimick so they can try to milk all the tourist! \r

I'm from the neighboring islands and we certainly do not treat our tourist like this! SERVICE IS BAD!!! We waited for pover 1 hr!!!! Our waiter told us that we would have HOT fries... he delivered COLD fries... He barely checked in on us; we were sipping on the same drinks from the time we got there until we left and the food was NOT WORTH the $$$$$ you paid!!!! Jack-n-the box would have been WAYYYYY BETTER than this place!\r
