Review content:
We hired this man to build an additon to our home. He started out o.k. but things quickly changed. He had exactly two men working for him that he paid so poorly I listened to them complain about him. He never owns up to his mistakes and always blames someone or something else for them \r
He lies about everything. He also yells and curses when crossed, and then feels an apology is all it takes too make everything o.k.\r
Having had too begin the process of litegation, I hired a professional building inspector as an expert witness to come over and inspect his work. The report the witness generated revealed an avalanche of sub-standard items above and beyond what I was even aware of. \r
Just to name a few; \r
My roof was off for over three months, because he didn't pay his roofing contractor the money to secure the matching tiles that he had told me were available at a buisness in San Jose. He blamed his roofer for the mistake. I now have extensive damage as a result.\r
The job had already taken twice as long as stated in the contract when I fired him.\r
He took off for a poker tournament for a week when he was already a month and a half over due on the contracted completion date\r
He claimed to have current worker's comp. insurance when he had let it expire a year earlier.\r
