Review content:
Fantastic experience: My 4 month Briggs and Stratton mower stopped working. I called and received encouraging advice and directions. When I came right before closing time 2 days later Andy, behind the counter, and Coby who serviced the mower put in a new spark plug, air filter and a little oil and charged us $21. They asked us if we had tipped the mower (we had) and explained that we needed to tip it to the oil side, not the gas side and to use a smaller gas kind. These guys could not have been nicer or more helpful.\r
