Review content:
The worst travel agency I have ever dealt with. I gave them my flight details, they repeated them back to me and said they would call me right back. I waited two hours before calling them back. They said they had gotten distracted and I should email the request that way it wouldn't be lost. LOST????? Ok, so I email the request and they said they were sorry and I would get a ""lighting fast response"". I wait 30mins before calling back to make sure they received my email. They agent told me that because I was a new client and they didn't know me. They didn't want to deal with the stress, good bye. WOW
Pros: They answered the phone.
Cons: hhaha that booking my travel would be to stressfull for them. IT WAS IN THE US HOW HARD CAN IT BE!
