Review content:
Everyone i spoke to through the process had excellent customer service, response time, explanation. I also loved the online progress of your car repair. The last two days of my repairs and scheduling my pickup Robin went "above and beyond" including staying a little late when i was cutting it close getting there to pick up. Once i arrived she gave me excellent customer service even though i was late. Robin also arranged the rental car pickup since i did not have a second driver with me. The car exterior repair looked even "better" than it did before the damage when i got the car back. The interior was kept clean during the repairs. I have not had a chance to drive it long yet, but so far everything seems to run as it did before the repair. I cant say enough good things about this place.
