They do a good job and I really believe they are great to my dogs. My only problem is rudeness to me. I am a customer and I work hard for my money. If i spend it in your store/shop then respect me as a customer. I took my dog there. They worked her in which was really great. I called after several hrs just to see if they had tried to call (cell phone) got rude attitude. told they would call me when they were done. Ok this is my baby you have I am just checking on her. Then when we go to get her they did more than asked to. They cut her hair not just a simple bath. When I questioned why again I got the attitude. But hey I didnt give an attitude to you since you cut the hair on my dog ALOT more than I requested. Then the price was higher than we had said. I asked why and again got attitude. So unfortunately I will not return there. I might pay more at another place but I want to be treated as a customer. in a professional manner. If you run off alot of people like me then you wont have a business. Be happy your business is good. In this economy.
