TAG Sign crew entrenched up to their wheels in mud was found with a tow truck in my front yard about to leave, when my wife came home to discover them. Bewildered at the tresspassers she pulled in the driveway apron. When she asked them were they planning on fixing the trenched yard, they explained that they were on their way to a customer site and were in a hurry. She told them there were shovels in the house and they were more than welcome to use them to fix it. They used their own shovels instead. One of the previously stuck trucks needed to turn around and proceeded to go down the new white concrete driveway. This action left a sea of mudd clumps/Rocks and deep mud tracks down our driveway. My wife, bewildered at their decision asked them if they would like to use the broom and hose to clean that new mess up. They told her 'she' would have to use a pressure washer to clean it up. They had to get to their next stop. My wife called the police and took down all of the info she could gather about the crew and proceeded to file a police report. After tracking the comapny down they offered to get a quote and make a decision on cleaning up their mess. Nothing has been done to date even after multiple calls asking for action. We will be pursing our next options at this point. My wife had to plead with TAG to get them to fill in the trenches in the yard! My driveway is over 600ft and 150 of that was white concrete that had recently been presure washed for an upcoming event. Still no action by TAG! after many calls and a cleaning quote delivered over the phone per their request. Our last calls resulted in hangups and stalling. Its been months now.
